More than 100 volunteers donated their time to clean, paint, and do other odd jobs at 25 local non-profit organizations during the annual United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley’s Sandy O’Haver Day of Caring. Cardinal employees were proud to volunteer at Family Service Upper Ohio Valley, which serves Wheeling-area senior citizens, where they helped make new parking lot signs, door installations, and building cabinetry.
