Thomas Auto Center, located in St. Clairsville, OH, launched its 9th Annual Freedom Tree Program, which is a giving tree for area veterans and their families. Cardinal Operating Company donated gift cards to the Freedom Tree Program, totaling $1,000. This year, the initiative helped 36 families, totaling 125 people.
