Cardinal Plant received an award from Project Best during the organization’s Holiday Happy Hour on December 11 at Wheeling Island Racetrack. The recognition highlighted Cardinal’s strong partnership with local contractor unions and its ongoing support of union construction labor in the Upper Ohio Valley.

Project BEST is a non-profit construction advocacy organization that jointly represents the construction unions that make up the Upper Ohio Valley Building Trades Council, and the contractors that utilize the union workforce.
